Pear Wine with Salyo
Pear from Ziro valley and adjoining areas are made into wine while infusing it with exotic Salyo hand picked from woods. It is pale gold in appearance with pronounced aromas of Salyo. honey and pear blossoms. The palate begins with good acidity in medium sweetness, a tinge of walnut essence and pear compote giving a crisp and refreshing finish.
Enjoy this wine with fruit salads and cheeses.
Serve it well chilled at 8 to 12 °C.
Ingredients: Pure pear juice and salyo, organic sugar, organic yeast.
